Yet another GTA IV character conspiracy
This is probably old news but I find it fascinating that this guy bears an uncanny resemblance to Niko Bellic.
AND he’s Russian too! :) Let’s hope he gets hired if R* ever made a GTA IV movie. The success from this game is simply phenomenal!

It’s the same person, just like how they put tony hawk in his games, they take a person and animate them. His name is Vladimir Mashkov.
However the voice isn’t his it’s Michael Hollick’s.
